Yoga-Bells is a unique fusion of Russian Kettlebell training and Hatha Yoga designed to increase functional, flexible strength.

Functional strength steps beyond the concept of exercising for “work-out burn” or “athletic prowess” and into the realm of exercising to improve your daily life. Throughout, the entire workout, Yoga-Bells combines the use of Kettlebells for a full-body, core-initiated weight training, immediately countered with a series of yoga poses for flexibility. This sequence allows for active recovery making the training session continuous, productive and efficient.

We believe that flexibility and strength are the ultimate anti-agers! The Yoga-bell program delivers them both to you in one fabulous class.

There will be NO Yoga-Bells class on Saturday July 9th from 10:00-11:00am
